Returns
Mathyvin.lu offers a return period of 30 calendar days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product.
In order to accept the return of the product, it is necessary that it is in the same conditions in which it was purchased and shipped. In any case, the product cannot show damage to its packaging or label, nor of course have it been opened or semi-open. Some products cannot be returned, such as cheeses or fresh products.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, except if the product is defective or there has been an error in the shipment by Mathyvin.lu.
To carry out the return of the product, the purchase or order ticket is necessary.
Please do not send the products back to their manufacturers (wineries, breweries, cheese factories, distilleries, etc.).
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an Email to notify you that we have received it satisfactorily. We will send you another Email to notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If the return of the money is approved, within a maximum period of three business days from the sending of the approval Email, the money will be charged to the account associated with the card used in the purchase.
Delay or Non-Refund
If you still have not received the refund, after receiving the receipt and approval Email, check your account movements again. Depending on the bank, money transfers may take longer than usual.
Then contact your bank to confirm that there is no income withholding on your part.
If, once these checks have been carried out, you still do not receive the amount corresponding to the returned products, please contact us.
Offer Products
In the case of sale or liquidation products, the amount of the refund will in no case correspond to the usual price of the product, but to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Product Changes
The change of products is only accepted in the case of being defective or having been damaged in transport. In this case, the shipping costs to make the change will be borne by Mathyvin.lu. We will send a courier to collect the merchandise at the delivery address. The product must be sent in its original packaging.
Shipment
The shipping costs for returning products will always be borne by the buyer as long as it is not a product in poor condition, damaged or wrong.
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging products in good condition will not be assumed by Mathyvin.lu in any case. In case of sending us the products to cash on delivery, the shipping costs will be subtracted from the amount to be returned. If the cost of the COD shipment exceeds the amount to be reimbursed for the return, receipt of the shipment will not be accepted.
The time of receipt of the products to be returned will vary depending on the place from where they are sent. For the purposes of the maximum return period (30 days), the date of shipment will be taken into account, not the date of receipt.
In no case will Mathyvin.lu be responsible for the loss or non-arrival of the product to be returned. It will be your choice to insure the shipment of the product. It will also be your responsibility to manage the tracking of the product to our facilities.
