This reserve cava is born from a complex selection of the best organic grapes from vineyards in the highlands of Requena. It has remained for more than 15 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
