Tasting Notes

Colour:
An open coloured wine that has a clean and bright surface, a straw yellow colour with flashes of gold.

Nose:
Its comprehensive aromas, from the grape variety and new wood, are elegant and complex, evoking notes of tropical fruit and vanilla.

Taste:
On the palate it is harmonious and well-structured, and light, due to its acidity. Its aftertaste is reminiscent of fruit and wood.

Pairing:
The intensity of its flavours makes it an ideal companion to stews, fish and seafood dishes with an intense flavour. It is ideal with smoked fish.

Serving Temperature:
Serve cold, but not too cold, at approximately 10-12ºC.
