It has been more than 10 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
This incomparable, wonderful wine is obtained with magnificent musts produced from the Chardonnay grape grown on the estate. Only the highest quality must undergo a cold maceration to extract its full potential, which is then fermented in new oak barrels. Fermentation of the Nodus Chardonnay in new oak barrels gives it a nuance as distinct as it is decisive. Categorised as an organic wine since the 2018 vintage.
Delirium emerged from a careful selection of Merlot grapes. Its short ageing in the barrel, together with its fruity character, gives it a complexity that is exciting and passionate. To maintain this wine’s special characteristics, it has not undergone a stabilisation process, which is why natural sediments might be seen after standing in the bottle. 900-gram production per vine and a series of 13,000 bottles.

An exceptional red wine aged in barrels. From selected vineyards, we carefully choose the best grapes for this Nodus, a union of varietals and different lands. This wine is macerated in our cellar with patience and care, essential for this peculiar wine production, that includes phases of pre-fermentation cold maceration and brief alcoholic fermentations at low temperatures. The fruit and the toasty character of oak from its time in the barrel are perfectly balanced. This wine has not been subjected to a stabilisation process, which is why natural sediments might be seen in the bottle. Categorised as an organic wine since the 2017 vintage.
